This diploma thesis is focused on the management of a construction order in a construction company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the process of preparation and implementation of a construction order and the processing of production preparation documentation. The theoretical part of this work describes the basic concepts related to construction and project management. The following practical part already deals with supplier preparation and also safety and health protection at work for the selected order. This contract is the construction of the Regional Office of the Vysočina Region, an administrative building E.

The solution of this Diploma thesis is a construction technological project of multipurpose sports hall Kojetín. It contains a comprehensive section for the implementation of this structure. Work in this technological project is included the following elements: inspection and test plan, technological standard, technical reports, the financial plan, the timetable, principles of organization development, budget, maintenance and service life, energy label of the building envelope.

Prestressed highway bridge

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a continuous prestressed bridge structure transferring the D56 motorway on the Frýdek-Místek bypass. The bridge bridges the local watercourse of the river Olešná, Příborská street and road II / 473. Three studies were proposed, from which a variant of a two-beam continuous prestressed monolithic slab was selected and elaborated. The static model and calculation of its internal forces took place in the program SCIA Engineer 20.0. The calculation is performed according to valid standards, limit states, which also includes the effects of construction. The work also contains detailed drawing documentation.

Assurance of Profit of Supplier within selected Construction Order

This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on possibilities to achieve a profit of supplier within a chosen construction order. This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part focuses on explaining terms, such as a construction order, a construction process and its parties, a construction company, a budget and profit that are all connected to the issue of this bachelor’s thesis. The other part aims to discuss the chosen construction order which is supposed to be profitable for the supplier and describe the means of accomplishing the profit. The chosen construction is located in Česká Skalice with the water treatment reconstruction as the discussed issue of this Bachelor thesis.

Comparing of the present and modern designing methods.

Annotation: At present time we most often make constructions on the basis of previous knowledge with the use of intuition. For support of creativity and for the solution of difficult construction tasks we can use some modern contruction methods. Goal of Bachalor study is to define current and modern methods of construction (trial and error, transcendental, procedural and scientific) and confront them. Mentioned methods support the work of constructors and they are suitable for work in team and for individual too. Next will be formulated computers support of construction and CAx technology used by construction process.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of a continuous bridge construction of five fields in the direction of the town Albrechtice - Opava. The bridge overcame local roads and railway tracks and is part of the bypass of Albrechtice. From the three proposed variants, a pre-stressed two-beam structure was selected for the detailed solution and it is assessed according to the limit states and includes the effects of gradual construction. Further detailed drawings are drawn up.
